Since 1946 we’ve been one of the UK’s foremost walking holiday specialists. We believe that the world is more beautiful on foot and that walking is a force for good. It helps us stay active and connected to the places we visit, providing a more meaningful level of engagement with the world around us. And unlike most other walking holiday companies, we’ve always operated with a wholly charitable ethos, channelling all our surplus profits back into great causes supporting the upkeep of and access to the Great Outdoors. None of this is changing, but as people’s preferences evolve, we need to evolve with them.
By listening closely through extensive research, our customers told us they wanted a broader choice of walking holidays, which are tailored around their different needs and easy to find. We’ve been leading amazing experiences of foot in many of the world’s most incredible destinations under our two former brands, Ramblers Holidays and Adagio, so based on what our customers have asked for, we’ve decided to make two bold changes:
To bring both our Ramblers Walking Holidays and Adagio brands together under a single name, Ramble Worldwide.
To curate our holiday experiences into four Collections crafted around what customers want from a walking holiday.
We remain the same great company, keeping walking expertise at core of what we do and operating with a wholly charitable ethos, but our new name and Collections bring more clarity, meaning and excitement.
